I am on conditional GC. MY USC husband has just intiated the divorce proceedings. My employer has also filed for my GC and the priority date for my EB2 category is current.

Am I still eligible to file I485 for AOS (based on my employer petition)as I already have conditional GC?

no, as far as I know you are not eligible for AOS, since you are not in a non-immigrant status. You are eligible for consular processing.
