I have not left any stones unturned to have my 2nd Finger Printing or any movement on my case. All efforts are invain. My RD is Jan,2002. My first FP was recvd on 4/10/2002. Since then nothing. Already applied for 3rd EAD,AP on September 17th, till pending. I contacted USCIS on 9/25/2003 and after over 3 weeks I got a letter back that right now they are processing Jan 15th case, mine is Jan 22 so it would take another 90-150 days. Then I contacted the senator and the lady called me back and said that my FP has expired and USCIS will send me FP notices within 60 days out of which 43 days already passed by. Yesterday I contacted one more lawyer just for a 2nd thought, and same answer need to wait. I ran out of options. Is there any other thing I can do??
