Need your comments, urgent please!!

Hi

My GC was approved two months back. Before I came to US couple years ago, I was a co-founder of a startup company in my home country. Later on I came to US to study and work for my current company until now.

The good thing is that the company I founded was merged by an IPO company two weeks back, and I am now a millionnaire.

With some case in hand and my GC approved. I have some friends ask me to start a new company in US.

The question is that can I form a new company within 6 months period after my GC approved? and can I quit my job now and be the CEO of it?

I need your advices on this as I want to do everything according to law.

Again it depends on what currency you choose to become the millionaire.

It is US dollar, since I don't know if I can form a company so I don't have a company attorney.

Congratulations for GC and millions :)

Well its a well debated subject and in most of the lawyer's opinion, sticking to the GC sponsored company for at least 6 months is a good idea if getting Citizenship is one your future goals.

But I think as long as your new company business does not conflict with your current job and if you think you can handle it for about 6 months. You can start the company and at the same time be with the current employer.
