Need your advise

Hello to everyone!
My mom arrived to the US with the immigrant visa 3 months ago. Payed $220 a month before she arrived. The GC didn't arrive yet and there is no updates since the payment in Dec 2, 2018. Should we be worried? I see that people receive their physical cards within a few weeks.
What should we do at this point?

yes you should, it will usually arrive within 3 months, more than that, you need to call USCIS and then USPS. (USCIS can give a tracking number). Unfortunately USCIS will not use receipt confirmation, so if USPS lost your mail with GC in it, then you are out of luck
 
Thank you... It's already 120 days... Interesting that in the status checking page didn't say that the GC was sent... Just paid/
