Need your advise please !!!

Hi everybody , I am new in this forum . I need your help .
Here is the thing , my sister married to the US citizen 5 years ago .
She she got approved after her first interview , and got her temporary
GC . So after a while they went to our cop my sis and her husband , he is
working right now over there and basicly they live in our country now.
2 years ago she recieved another letter form INS says that she got
approved for the permanent resident . She needs to come and have an
infopass with the immigration officer , but the problem is she couldn't come
at that time , it will be almost 2 years when she was approved .
Anyway the questions are , can she come without her husband but he will
write a letter with explanations why he can't be in the US ?
2. What kinda documentation she needs to bring with her for the interview ?
Please help me to find out about it .
I apriciate any suggestions
 
first, did she apply for and receive an approval for her petition to remove conditions on her GC?

second, how long has it been exactly since she left the US?

if it has been more than two yeas, she is no longer a permanent resident.

if it's less than two years, but more than one - did she get a reentry permit? if she didn't, she is no longer a permanent resident.

did she file taxes in the States since she has becomes a US resident?

in any case, since she actually resides back in her own country, she is no longer a US resident, since she abandoned her US residency.

They'll have to start the immigration process for her all over again.
 
LucyMO , thank you for your respond , ok she was approved on 09/27/2005
and in the msg from uscis says : Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent residence status has been approved.
You are deemed to be a lawful PR of the USA as f the date your original admission or adjusment of status .
No w she left US in 2003 and then she came again for 3 weeks in the beginig of 2005 , and she did not get her reentry permit when she was here in US at the POE she used NP plus her temporary GC and everything was ok .
About the taxes her husbands pays everything since he works there , and they have joint account and everything else .
So, do you really think she lost her GC ?
