NEED YOUR Advise on my DV case

Dear All,
sory if I am posting this thread in the wrong place, but please give me your advise.
I currently won the DV lottery and got my appointment and the stamp on the pasport.
I wnat to ask:
1- i got Dv1 and my wife DV 2, what is the difference, do we have to enter together, does she get the citizinship based on me or on herself.

2-can she stay there and I leave for a while, I am planning to go and stay for a while then leave and come every 5 months, is that fine.

3- are we allowed for any assistant from the governemnt or housing subsidizing?

1) I think your the winner and first applicant and your wife the second.

2) You are free to stay and leave but if you leave and stay out too long you can be denied and have to start all over...or you need to pay and get a special approval of staying out so long on a GC...maybe you don't need it but why risk it after having gone through this whole process.

3) Why do you think the government is checking if you will become a liability to society....you can't get any housing subsidizing since you are here on a GC and probably had to give a I-134 and your sponsor might be laible if you becom a charge to society.
Read the DV website...you are on your own to make it and only after having paid taxes and paid into society for a certain time you are eligible...just as when foreigners come to your home country, they don't get anything until they have earned it.

There are cheaper places to rent so find one or stay abroad till you can afford it...that is the only solution...the GC is kind of a gift, what else do you want...a bailout....?
