Hello,
I'm on H1B and have just started working for 1 week. I am not satisfied with my job and want to quit.

1. Can anyone tell how long I can stay legally in the US after I leave the company?
2. Is it legal to ask the company for a return ticket if I come back home?
3. How difficult to get a F1 or B2 if I want to stay in the US?

-------you came to US on H1B of Comany A and started working. if you get 1-2 paystub then you can find new Employer who is instred in you and new employer can file H1 transfer for you.

---------------If you leave the company and Company write to USCIS to Cancel your H1 petition then you will not have any status to stay in US
2. Is it legal to ask the company for a return ticket if I come back home?
----------------you you want to go back home employer will not pay you ticket, But if they fire you then they need to give you ticket
3. How difficult to get a F1 or B2 if I want to stay in the US?

----------- if you want to work in US then Stick with employer for 1-2 month get paid and get Pay stubs then transfer H1 through new employer (no need to inform current employer that you are going to Transfer H1 Or he may revoke your H1)
