Hi folks, I have applied for my N400 last months and my fingerprints are done on 25th of March,My question is,when i filledup my N400 forms there is a question about your Husband or Wife status,My husband is on F1 visa but he didnt go to school scince last two smester and his i-94 says D/S,(and his school also didnt reported to SEVIS yet because we didnt get any letter or anything from the school( normaly if u are out of status the school lets you know either by phone or by mail.So I wrote his status as F1 (student) and expiration date is D/S( DURATION OF STUDY, HIS I-20 WILL EXPIRE IN AUGUST 2009).Is that gonna effect on my application or interview or no?Thankyou
