need very quick help on applying I485

yup, agreed with the cost analysis by PaetorianXI. Straight forward process but cost me upwards of 200$ for all the vaccinations and exams.:-).
More sucker me.
And the doctor had the form, you just need to fill out your name etc and sign before they fill it out and seal it.

Sure, For Vaccination tests they told they will provide prescription and I need to go to some other place to get it done.

I do have another question on this. By the time I get all these tests done it might be like another 10 to 15 days. So can I apply I-130 and all other forms execpt this I-693 now and later when I get the result for I-693 I can mail it right? if so Do I need to include a copy of my I-130 reciept notice with I-130 package?
 
No. Do not do that. You will get an RFI (request for initial evidence) asking you to mail it in (look at my signature) Which WILL DELAY your case... that is in the best case scenario. In the worst case, they will just deny your application! :eek:

There is no rush, finish the tests (it really should not take more than 1 week!) and send EVERYTHING together.

One good news is now I got my Naturalization certificate. Now I am a US. Citizen. :p Hurray :p
I have few other questions that raised while I am applying GC for my Wife.
1. On I-130 Question 17 they asked abouth the information of Alien relatives. Do I need to write my name there or my wifes info?

2. On I-765 question 16 Eligibility categories. What should I write here?

In the link you have provided above I see that they are asking me to file G-325A for me and my wife. As I am a Citizen of ?US now do I still need to file this G-325A. I got the below information from Checklist in the application form. But I am confused that Do I need to get this
"
If you are filing for your husband or wife, did you include:
His or her photograph?
Your completed Form G-325A?
His or her Form G-325A?"

Also when paying the checks Can I pay the full amount in one check or is it good to pay seperately?

Hi,
Thanks for your valuable answer. I am now able to finish applying GC application for my Wife. Really this is a wonderful forum and everyone are finding very good information and in time. Without you guys I would'nt finish any thing at all. really I say heartfull thanks to one and every one in this forum who is helping others.
 
No, you do not need to fill that out, skip parts 4, 5 & 6 and go straight to part 7, and also you do not need to write an explanation of how you qualify for AP on a separate piece of paper. Do not worry about that.
