Need Urgent Help.

Hi,

My Friend is coming to US from India on H-1B visa for first time. He got H-1B Visa Stamped on Last week of Jan 2005. He couldnt come soon after Visa Stamped, because he was tied up with Family/personal problems. Now he is planning to come to US on June Last week.

His Doubts are
1. Are there any chances that at the port of Entry, he could be asked for reasons for not coming to US soon after Stamp.

2. If so, what are the necessary steps/possible solutions to take care of that.

If any one of our forum members were caught in same situation before, please advice.

You travel plan and visa stamping plan are two different issue. He can always tell his commitment to Indian employer to complete some important project or health issue. Prepare for a good reason in consistence. Do not change the word / reason in every minute. usually no problem at POE
