Need Urgent Help regarding J1 for termination from accepted program

Hello,

I was accepted into medical residency program on j1 and I could not complete 3 years and terminated. Without completion, no medical license to obtain any J1 waiver jobs and am not eligible under any waiver options.

Any kindly guide what are next available visa options PLZZZZZZ or waiver options?
 
You can still apply for other visas other than H/L/K. You can even get another J visa and apply for the waiver at the end.

Thank you for your reply. But if the only option is again J1 , then will I be able to go back from Research J1 or student J1 to Clinical J1. If the answer is No, then my career is screwed up big time. Any one with plzzzz suggest.
