Need urgent Help pls : H1 & I94

Hello,

I am currently on L1 for employer A. Employer B filed my H1B on April/01/2007. Had to travel to India due to family emergency on April/14 and came back on May/14. H1B approval and change of status got approved on May/10 with the old I-94.

Question :- Does this COS and H1 take effect as I re-entered on L1 on May/14 ?

Can I work for employer B starting Oct/01, without a stamp in my Passport.

Pls advice.

---------------- it means you came back on L1 status, till what date is I-94 valid that you got on May/14 based on L1
H1B approval and change of status got approved on May/10 with the old I-94.
---------------- so your COS from L1 to H1 was approved while You wre out of US

--------------- It seems to me that you need to go out and need I-94 based on H1 status to work. for more info talk to your lawyer of company B and provide your full details of entry/exit dates and your I-94 info
