Hello, I will soon be leaving for Mumbai, India, where I also have my H1B visa appointment. The question I have is with my job title, which differs from I-129 form (one of the H1B forms used when filing for H1B transfer). To elaborte a little more, my offer letter mentions Senior Consultant, but I-129 mentiones Software Engineer.
Could this be a possible problem?
Should I request my company to mention Software Engineer/ Senior Consultant in the employment verification letter?
Has anyone been in similar situations and what were your experience during the stamping???
