Need urgent help on Expired AP Date

I travelled out of USA with valid AP unfortunately i was
not able to return by the date mentioned on AP. Is there any
way to come back, Need immediate help please.

Contact your lawyer immediately. I\'m not sure but I\'ve heard that in the event of unforseen trouble for travelling back (like 9/11, humanitarian reasons, etc), the INS might make exceptions. Your lawyer should be able to guide you better. Best of luck.
 
Expired AP while visiting her family

I have the same issue with my wife and she couldn\'t come on the date mentioned on the AP documen..is there a way so the INs can extend her document..
