Need TSC Fax number!

Hi all,

I had my pp stamped 2001 May, and still haven't received my plastic gc. I went to the local INS office in Memphis, and they said the card was requested 2001 Aug, but I didn't receive it. They asked me to send an inquiry form to TSC and see if we can get more info from them.

I sent in the first inquiry 2002 March, and second one 2002 Aug (after I moved) and still no reply. They keep saying fax is a better way but I couldn't find a definite answer as to what number to use. Please post the number if you know or have done this! Thanks in advance for your help!

Oh, since I am here, can anyone tell me if I can just apply I90 (replace plastic card) without the reply letter from TSC? I just want to get this over with.

Thanks for posting the fax numbers!

I have obtained through my employement, should I use the number for 'Employment Based Services,' or 'Adjustment Services' since I am only waiting for card?

Sorry Carlo, I'm afraid I don't have the answer to this one, but if I had to guess, I would use the number for 'Employment Based Services' as your original petition for adjustment was employment-based.

Perhaps someone with experience can answer?
