Gurus,

Do you think, I need transit Visa for Brussels (Belgium) and Dubai(UAE) for Advance Parole traveling, though I don't need to go outside of the airport or plane? Please let me know.

Good luck everybody.

Check with the Belgian and UAE Embassies.

Visa requirements depend on your country of citizenship and not your US (or other country) immigration status.

There are very few exceptions, for example:
Canada and Mexico will let you in as US Permanent resident if you enter directly from US.
UK will waive a transit visa requirement if you are traveling to US and have US entry clearance. etc.

Additionally, these regulations can change quickly. It is your responsibility to obtain entry / transit clearances and no one will reimburse you if you are denied boarding.

Happy traveling!

Thanks a lot George. My air lines said I don't need any transit visa. Because I don't need to get off the plane. I think air lines will take care all of this. What's your openion?

Good luck everybody.

I don't know. It seems that if you don't need to get off the plane, you shouldn't need a visa.

My friend was denied transit through UK on his return trip and had to purchase full-fare ticket to get back to the US. During his transit through Heathrow he didn't have to clear Immigration but that's how it worked at that time.

My point is that always inquire about visa clearances with consulates / embassies of respective countries. These rules can change quickly and people on forums or even airline employees can give you "old news".

Anyway, that looks like a heck of a looooooooong flight.. :D
