I have lost my i-94, and i am going to file i-102 for replacing a new i-94.
(My h-1b visa is valid till 2013, i am not applying for any extension or change, just a replacement of i-94.)
Also i just saw tht, the average processing time for i-102 is 2 to 5 months.

But i need to go back to my native for a vacation of 10 to 15 days next month.
Can i travel out without i-94 ? (i-102 will be in process).
What evidence can i show when they ask for 1-94 when i travel ?

Please HELP !!!.

photocopy of your missing I-94 card

USCIS processing time for a Form I-102 is extremely long, so you should not expect to receive the replacement I-94 card soon. If you need to travel internationally before receiving a replacement I-94 card, you should bring a photocopy of your missing I-94 card to give to the airline when leaving the United States.
