Need to send I-864 along with I-130 for F4 cat?

Hi all,

The I-130 instruction wasn't listed to include the I-864 for initial filing. I am applying my sister to come. Do I need to send the I-130 application along with I-864?

Thanks for your reply. I know USCIS will request a sponsor to provide the latest I-864 when it's time for their relative's interview. But for the initial filling, will they require a sponsor to provide I-864 to make sure he/she is eligibile for the filing?

Thanks LucyMO. I have been searching here as well as internet for the following info. I hope you don't mind to help answering following questions as well....

After I do a search for info from this forum, I have few questions...

1. Someone mentioned I-130 should be printed on yellow paper. Is this required just for concurrent I485/I130 filing only? For my case, I am filing I130 only.

2. Is it true all the supporting document, including my sister's birth cert. is not required a notarized copy?
