Interview passed with no problem in Hartford CT on Dec 1.
Got appointment for Oath ceremony on Dec 19 in US District Court in Bridgeport.
Then made plans for Dec 21-Jan 19.
Today they rescheduled Oath ceremony to Dec 29 and I cannot attend. I decided not to cancel my plans - I waited for 3 years due to name check delay, why not wait another month or so.
But I can't reach anybody on the phone, so I have to "return the notice and explain why you cannot attend" . But where do I return the notice? It does not say. The only address listed on N-445 is of the Court in Bridgeport. But USCIS in Hartford originally scheduled the appointment.
Any ideas?
