Need to give up green card

My mother needs to give up her green card.
I was told to download the "Abandonment of LawfulPermanent Resident Status" form I-407, fill it out and take it to the local consulate along with the green card.

I am trying to find this form on the USCIS website but have been unable to.
Is there a new form that replaces this one?

Can someone help?

Hmm, you usually get those on embassy or consulate websites since you should do it when you're outside the country:
