Need to file in AC21??

Thanks so much.. so you mean if i file in my AC21, i would not receive RFE for further check, or i will still receive the RFE?
also i already work for the new employer for over one year, Does it too late to send the AC21? or i can skip it, will i encounter any problem??

Filing AC21 is optional and there is no time frame for it.
You can infrom when you get RFE- that works equally well.

so u mean it's optional... as long as i could provide the RFE then INS won't ask anything??
