Need to change my Lawyer need help

Hi all,
Please advice me ASAP,I got my LC approved this week .I have gone sick from my lawyer as he has a very bad habit of not reply to email /Phone calls/not updating you ,plus a week knowlege.I want to change him and want to get my I140 and I485 filed from some other lawyer ,Do you think this will be a good decision and also do i need or INS need anything from him later on as i know he will be pissed of .
Please advice me if it is right step .

You could change your attorney at this point without any issues. In my experience, most of the attorney's are of the same type (doesn't reply to emails, phone calls, etc)
