Couple weeks ago, I read a thread posting about Texas Dallas implementing the program that will process within 90 days applicants based on Family preference. I read it from Rajiv website www.immigration.com. However, I couldn't find that link anymore. Does anybody know about this? I think one needs to register/make appointment on beginning of May. I need more information on that. If anybody knows about this, please let me know.
