I am planning to go Toronto US consulate to apply new visa entries for home traveling purpose. I am now working in Troy, Michigan (close to Detroit) using H1b status. It's been 6 years since I came to US. I never got a chance to go home in the past 6 years.
I came to US in 2001 by the original H1b visa. I worked in a New York company from 2001 to 2002, and then in 2002, I transferred my status to F1 and started my CS master degree. I graduated in 2004 and then found my current job in OPT time. Now I am in H1b status, and have filed EB2 and I140(both of them were accepted early in 2006). I am still waiting the VB to file I485.
My questions are
1, Is it easy for me to get visa approval in Toronto, Canada?
2, What is the possibility of denial?
Anyone ever got visa approval in Toronto, please share your experiences to me. I really really appreciate it.
