Guys,

Need suggestions Plz !!!!

I sent my EAD ext & AP ext applications in one cover to Nebraska Service Center. AP appln returned back due to some issue with cheque. But I did not get any receipt for EAD (even my Bank also did not get EAD cheque for clearance)....

What to do now ? How can I follow up further ?

--------- For EAD they have different address and for AP they have different address. You should have checked Nebraska service center page for the correct address before sending and never send AP and EAD in same envelope

thanks for response...
but I confirmed with my attorney and also see this link... it clearly says that I can submit I-765 and I-131 to I-131 address....

In this page if you go to.....I-765...it says like this...plz check the red color text....

"I-765
(NOTE: If you are submitting Form I-765 with another form, mail your applications to the P.O. Box for the other (principal) form. If you are submitting Form I-131 and/or Form I-765 with your Form I-485, or with your concurrently filed Forms I-140 and I-485, please send the entire package to the P.O. Box listed for concurrent filings for Form I-140.) "

I don't know what to do now...Called 1800... number, but they are saying me to wait 4 to 6 weeks... but I need it very urgently....

Can I get any response for my Expedite request, If I do ?

One can send EAD AP to SAME address if filed with I-485. As you filed for second time EAD AP you need to send to below address:
I-131 should be sent to:
P.O. Box 87131
Lincoln, NE 68501-7131

I-765 should be sent to:
P.O. Box 87765
Lincoln, NE 68501-7765

* better wait for 4-6 days may be they shift the file to correct department
