Hi there,

Is medical insurance one of necessaries for AOS interview??

In another word, if I do not have medical insurance, will it affect me to get a green card based on a marriage?


any advice would be appreciated!!!
 
It won't affect you in any way.. although medical insurance is a must have for personal reasons.. & you being the beneficiary on ur spouses medical insurance or vice-versa shows some evidence of being married in good faith..
