1.Collect last 3 years' Tax copies from IRS and W2 for 3 years
i came to this country only in 2000. so i filed tax return only twice. How to i get the Tax copies from IRS. do i need to call them ?
Answer: Then take last 2 years...but you said you came in 2000 which means you worked in 200, 2001, 2002 so i am guessing you should have 3 years tax returns. If you mean you came in 2000 but started working ion 2001 then carry 2 years returns.
You can get taax transcripts by calling IRS helpline @ 800-829-1040 and request last 3 (or less if you havent had 3 years tax returns) years tax transcripts. You will get these within 2 weeks of placing the request. It is a free service!

The Mistake i did is i send the below two orginal to my lawyer, i did't took the photo copies. do you want me to ask my lawyer to send the photo copies to me.
a) Biographic Data Form (DS 230 part 1 and part 2 (unsigned))
b) Notarized Affidavit of support I-134.
and for (b) do i need to fill the new form and get notarized.
Answer: For (a) & (b) you can either ask your attorneys to mail you a photocopy of (a) and original of (b). Dont worry if they do not mail it to you. Here is what you can do:
(a) is not required since consulate will have a copy of what you filled out. Just carry a blank ds 230 part i & ii
(b) I-134 PREFERABLY should be notarized within 30-45 days prior to the interview. So you can get it notarized before you leave usa on way for your interview. Remember one I-134 is required for each dependent who will be attending the interview with you.
