Need some info for bringing my wife

Hello All,
I need some information or advice to bring my wife to U.S.
I got my asylum in 1999 and got my green card in 8/8/2005. It is back dated to 8/8/2004.
I met my wife in Singapore in 2006 dec and we decided to marry last month in 2007 dec.
I know that I can file I-130 petition for now and upgrade to new catagory later when I became a citizen in late 2009 or early 2010 and she can come to US possibly in early 2011.
My question is, is there any other way to bring her earlier.

Unfortunately NO,
You have only one year after the grant of asylum to bring your family under I-730 petition. Or petition them when you become citizen.

That would be two years and you have to have been married to your spouse at the time of asylum grant.

if u want to bring ur wife as asylee relative petition, then you should have it done within 2 years of your asylum grant.2 years is time limit in law.

I don't know if you can petition your wife when you are green card holder, or how or hong long it will take.
