My Condition is really bad and I need some help from you guys.
Here is the case.
I was Caught for DUI (BAC .1) on 19th Sept and my court hearing is on 20th October 09. My Attorney has not yet got any reports of mine from the state and He is looking forward to Postpone my Hearing date.
I am currently on L1 B Visa which expires on 21st NOv 09. I will be In India for my Fresh L1 B stamping and Most probably as my hearing dates will be Postponed.
I will be carrying all the court related Documents with me.
Please help me on what other documents shall I carry with me in order to get my Visa stamped.
I am really worried and ashamed of myself on this.
