Need some help

ok So we have all of our forms filled out for the I-130/I-485 package. I'm assembling the package now but I have a few questions.

1. How many total passport style photos do I need of me(USC) and my husband(nonUSC)

2. The I-130 form and the I-485 form require some certified copies of the same kind of documents such as birth certificates and the marriage certificate etc. I know I have to mail it all together but do I have to include separate certified copies of the required supporting documents behind each form in the package or should I just include one copy of all supporting documents at the end of the package?

3. How should I assemble the package and should I put an overall cover letter on the entire package or should I put two separate cover letters for the I-130 and I-485

I just want to make sure I have every i dotted and every t crossed, I don't want to leave anything out or do anything to delay the process once I have it in the mail.

Ive read that thing backwards and frontwards. It doesn't say whether or not I need two separate certified copies of the supporting documents for each package or if one set of certified copies will be sufficient for the entire package. Also is it ok to send it certified mail for the return receipt or should I just send it regularly?
