Need some guidance

Hi,

Can someone please offer me some good advice on this immigration situation:

- I am presently married, both my wife and I posses our own H1B visas for different companies.
- I have recently lost my job and I am now seeking another employment which I intend to transfer my H1B to.
- At the same time I have US Citizen child with a US Citizen (she is not married to me of course but she has a child that is mine).
Question: Is there anything out there or procedures that I can follow to get my green card or an unrestricted work permit so I can support my US Child, and my wife and myself.

I don't know how old your child is. I know that kids can sponsor their parents but they have to wait till they turn 18.

you could apply through child- but the child has to be 18+
you could apply through employment - but i am not sure about the requirements for that.

If you do not have a valid H1 you better go on your current wifes as an H-4 to keep yourself in status then try looking for a job, main thing is to keep yourself in a legal status.
