I am a Canadian citizen and was visiting the US last summer to see my boyfriend. We decided to get married and did so in the US. I then went back to Canada. My husband at that time had no clue what one does to establish and make legal my living with him in the US. I then brought my 3 kids and I to see him a couple months later and was given a conditional visiting pass of about one week. However we then called a few places and found out what one needs todointhis situation and decided that I would stay and live (haven't worked) and are currently saving the money for lawyer fees. The question I have is my overstaying on that conditional pass going to make my situation very challenging and if so what should we do.
