I was H1b and married a USC last Oct 2005. I filed I-130 with G325 last dec 1, 2005 and got a receipt from INS Dec 6, 2005. As I was reading all the messages I now realize that I'm missing a form which is the I485. I am now trying to apply for the adjustment but some says I need to wait for the approval of I130. But if I can file I-485 right away do I need to have a medical result first and file the result together with I-485 or does the INS will schedule mo to do a medical check up. Please help!

The I-130 is the form the USC has to file.
The alien relative who already is in the US, applying for adjustment of status (AOS) from H1B to LPR, has to file I-485.
Here http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-693.htm you can find infos about the I-693 Medical Examination you send together with your I-485. The Civil Surgeons Locator http://uscis.gov/graphics/exec/cs/index.asp will tell you where to find the next location for your examinations (and vaccinations if necessary). They'll give you a sealed envelope (for INS only) you have to attach to your I-485.

If your husband /wife is a USC, you can file I-130 and I-485 separately or concurrently. read carefully the instructions of I-485. http://uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/lprapplication.htm
Do not forget to apply a copy of I-130, USC's birth certificate and the receipt for I-130. It's advisable to write a simple (cover0 letter) to your application I-485 , that it's family based on petition filed by a USC, signed by both of you.
