Need some advise on H-1 approval notice

Need some advise...

Recently I have my H-1 approved. However, I have learned from my employer that the received approval notice from BCIS does not any contain any documentation related to I-94.

I am in USA at the present time and I am just wondering if this is normal? I am plan on applying for revalidating H-1 Visa, and my understanding is that latest I-94 that comes with H-1 approval notice is required..

Any help on this matter is really appreciated...
 
If u have not got I-94 with ur H1 approval, u need to go out of US immidiately to get the visa stamped and then enter US.

U cannot revalidate ur H1 in US, as u have not got a I-94 with it.
 
Check the new H1 approval notice you may have I-94 attached, see the lower part right side of H1 approval notice, if not you have to go out and get H1 visa stamped and then re-enter with newI-94
Was it H1 transfer or extension? If you were in status then your lawyer might have ticked wrong box on petition OR they may have filed NEW H1 and not extension or transfer
