Hi,
I changed my job after 10 months in 485. Had no gap between employment. I was forced to change because of end of project. Now, as I am a Marylander, I have 95% chance of case tranferring to local INS at Baltimore. When I go for interview, I will be taking my employment letter and pay stubs from the current company. Do I have to take something like a write up of AC21 clause from my lawyer, stating that I legally changed my job, along with me? (just in case I meet a dumb officer who knows nothing about AC21) Or is it necessary to take my lawyer with me? I do not have much confidence in my current lawyer. Is it okay if I take some other lawyer with me ? Have anybody encountered this situation before ? Please advise..
Thanks,
