Need some advise about green card for my fiance

Hello,

I become US citizen in July, 2009 (~4 years ago); my fiancee is live is US (she is a college international student); We are planning to got marry in Feb this year.

My question: Am I qualify to file a petition to change her status after we marry? and what's the process.

Please give me some advise.
