Need some advice.....

My brother recntly got adnitted to couple of universities here in states. He is applying for an F1 visa early next month. I\'m a permanant resident here. Form DS-156 has an item which asks whether any of your sisters and brothers are in U.S. and whether they are permanant residents or citizens.

So now my question is how he has to answer this and if he gives my information, does it affect his chances to get a visa in any way.

Any information regarding this is highly appreciated, thanks in advance..

Chances are your brother could be denied F1 visa but

 ... if he can make a strong case that he has to go back home country and look after a big corporation or family business after his studies he can be granted the visa.
