hello.. Its a slightly tricky situation. Company was laying off people before my I-140 got approved and they gave a leave of absence. However, in the meantime, I got a job and started with new employer before the I-140 was approved.
Now I've got an RFE on my I-485 and I need to send information about my current employer.
