Need some Advice About FBI Name Checks

I called USIS customer service today and I was told by first customer service that my case is still pending. In which she's reading from the text that was provided via check case status online. When I asked her about contradiction on my message, she then connected me with a higher level customer service. Mind you that I've waited over an hour to get a soul to finally answer my phone.

She told me that my FBI fingerprints was cleared and now waiting for FBI Name Checks. After do some research in this forum and other sources, my findings is that the FBI Name Checks e-mail, phone and fax was no longer accepting any iquiry from applicants. The voice recorded message ask the applicants to go to FBI website under issues and concerns (which is no where to be found) and basically on FBI web site stated that there is no way that we could check the result of the name check.

Anyway, I would like to find out if any of you successfully get any sort of phone number, e-mail besides the number was posted in several threads before. If you happen to know who to contact? What e-mail address and fax that is still valid. Please let me know. Would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you for your quick reponse. I hope that someone/somewhere have some ideas about where we could possibly get information regarding the FBI Name Checks. I know that we both are in the same boat, but we have to be optimistic that sooner or later we will get approved.
 
i had an info pass 3 months ago and after driving 3 hours and waiting in line for another 2 hours just to hear the officer telling me " your case is with TSC and we have no access to it". even the senator couldn't help me. so i guess waiting is the only solution.
 
Hi guys , actually I want to tell you that I did contact with the local senator and he responded to me that:

Fingerprints were last taken for both applicants on 10.28.05 and we also have biometrics. The FBI name check is clear.
This is for me and my husband , so I guess you can find out from your local senator , I don't know why they did not help you, sorry to hear that .
Google it , I have found my senator trough google , give your local area or zip code and it will give you info ,good luck

my lawyer called about my case to USCIS . they told him that my Fbi name check wasnt completed . but fu**ng Immigration officer at infopass told me that i passed all it is all clear . i dont know who is right ? :D
 
i can assure you that the immigration officer is not telling the truth because only the Service Center has an access to your file.
 
Well, I finally decied to do infopass and my appointment was schedule on December 14, 2006. We'll see what happen next. The only thing that I could do is hope and pray for the best. Perhaps, there'll be so light at the end of the tunnel. Will kee you guys posted. My office is in San Francisco. So, if anyone have any experience at the infopass n SF, please by all means ahre it with me. Thank you all.
