Dear members: Please help.
We are a small IT consulting company. We paid for and filed our first H1 in 2007 for a computer engineering graduate with 6 years IT experience. She was issued blue 221(g) asking for employer docs. We have put together all the docs except the client project documentation as the project that she was supposed to work on, has been cancelled.
Now we are trying hard to get a valid genuine project for her but nothing seems to be working.
Can any senior members please shed some light or provide their email address so we can get some offline help from them on how to handle this case.
We are running both out of options and out of time. We want to do what is right and what is legal.
Please help us help our first H1B employee in the fastest possible manner.
