I have an appointment in Garden City at the end of August (great). What isn't so great is that my husband and I had a huge fight ( both verbal and physical) and now I'm pretty sure we will not go to the interview. He told me to get out of his home and I did but now all my immigration information is at the house. He wont even let me see our kids. If anyone can give me some advice on what to do because I have no idea, it will be greatly appreciated. It's been three days since this happened and I cant afford legal services. Thanks in advance.
