Need secondary Document for SSN

I showed just EAD for a new SSN and that was enough. I think state ID should work as a secondary one.
For asylees who do not have secondary documents, SSA can waive the requirement.
I went to DMV to get state id, they still ask me secondary document
. I have no Driver Licence, State ID, Passport and I-94. The only thing I have is EAD
. I went to SSA too, and told them i am asylee and they still need Secondary Document. Which kind of secondary document would be the easieast way to get for me? Please help me guys

and print out the page. It is the operational manual for the SSA and it states that SSA can waive the documentation requirement for asylees.
Since this is an exception to usual policy you might have to appeal to a supervisor to get your way. Clerks probably are unwilling to do this for you.
What kinds of secondary documents do they want? A library card is easy to get but is probably not acceptable.
You can apply for a Refugee Travel Document and use that as an additional ID.

I was under the impression that your case was granted. My bad.
No you cannot apply for a RTD and the SSA exception does not appear to cover you either. sorry.

It says that you can present a copy of your asylum application along with the USCIS receipt. That would be one document. Adding the EAD card, you have two right?
If you are a guy between the age of 18 and 26 you can sign up for Selective Service and get a card.
