Need Pre-approved Labour

Hi Everybody,

I had very long term project and i need a pre-approved labour which has Priority date as current. Either EB2-Eb3 is ok. I had 7 years of exp 4.5 years in usa and 2.5 years in india. If anybody has please let me know as asap. I had B.E(Civil) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers.
