One of my friend is planning to start the GC processing. He is
looking for some good lawyer. He lives in Allentown,PA.

Please find below the name of my lawyer. Although we had some accounting problems with the firm initially, Shirley Tang has been very meticulous, and our applications went thru without RFE\'s or any problems. I strongly recommend Shirley Tang only (there are other lawyers in this company, but avoid them!), esp Joanne Adlerstein who turned out to be money grubbing.

I do not know any good lawyer but one I had is sure NO: Ramesh Gurnani. He has office in MetroPark. Pls do not have him as a lawyer. He is supreme bastard

One other attorney not to hire: Alan Heckler in New Jersey. He never answers his clients\' questions and messed up my LC process. Never replied to a DOL query and had to redo the whole thing.

Well I also had Ramesh Gurnani as my lawyer. My experience with
him was OK, but it all depends who the assisstant is on ur case.
Also you have to be on top of any attorney for your case. I would
recommend him.

About Ramesh Gurnani, he is not bad. Only thing
is you have to be after them. One good thing with
him is he tells you in the beginning that it is your
GC and you have to be after them. Also he is available
any time. You will be assigned a clerk and you can call
her/him at any time. If it is needed he/she will put
you to the attorney. If you insist on talking to attorney
they will connect you to him if he is available. If not
they will fix a time so that you can call him and talk to him.
Normally it will be within 24 hours.

You are absolutely right, and Anita Gurnani his wife is not bad
at all. Also if u get one of the good assistants then you are all
set and rolling

I left my old company during 485, and want a new lawyer, not the old company lawyer. what is a fair charge - for me, wife and one child.

One lawyer asked me for $3000 for all 3 of us. Sounded very high to me - because maximum work he has to do is reply to a RFE, or file for 2nd EAD.
