Hi

A friend of mine who is on H1 Visa wants to apply for her GC. Her husband is not a legal immigrant in this country & his passport(india) expires in 3 months. Is it possible for my friend to add him in this procedure and at what stage can she add him. Also can you please advise me on how to renew his Indian passport.

she can add him, but he won't get his GC, since he is illegal. How long has he been illegal for?
