I hired an attorney about a month ago to help me with my GC process. He ran an ad in the paper. However, he submitted an unedited version of the ad. It ran in the paper one Sunday. Next Sunday he posted a correct version of the ad in the same paper, but he forgot to include the name of the company. The difference between the ads is minimal. The final version is shorter and more specific as to job requirements. Can it negatively effect the Labor Certification process? Also, my H1B expires in March 2008. Do I have enough time? Thanks for your help.
