Need Interm EAD, but address changed to a state under another Service Center

Hi,

We moved form florida to Maryland and due to the mandatory address change request by Govt. we had to give a change of address also. Now MD address is the one with TSC(We have NOT requested for a case transfer to Vermont)
My question is : I have applied for EAD extension on November and my current EAD expires on March 1st. I do not expect TSC to approve the extension before this. Where should I go to get an Interm EAD? Miami (which is our previous local center) or Baltimore(which comes under Vermont)

Our previous Miami address is still valid (its the address of my uncle, who lives there permamently)

Any comments and suggestions will be highly appreciated

You can expect the EAD approval before March . TSC is churning out EADs in 90-100 days nowadays. However you can go and get interim EAD in either of the district offices.
Since you have done change of address (Did you send a separate change of address (Not AR11) for every application pending with TSC?), you should go to Maryland .

Tanks for your reply. I did not send separate change of addresses for all cases (mailed AR-11 to Washigton D.C and last time when I called INS, they said my address is now the new one)

Do you mean, I can get Interim EAD from either Miami or Baltimore(even though this is under Vermont) ?
 
Hi,
I will be in the same situation very shortly. I am moving from Vermont center(Virginia) to Texas center. However filed 485 at TSC. According to Jaxen, I understood that we have to file separate address change forms for each application. Is this true?.

I am kind of worried like what if it takes long time before the address change happens and my EAD misses.

Will the forwarding of address works for the INS Letters.
