Hi All,

I need to goto india for family emergency. Can somebody tell where to get interim advance parole in boston.

i am EB3 concurrent filer
Advance parole RD 12/03/2003

completed 100days.

Please help.

there is nothing called interim AP. Go to the local INS office with 120 dollars, 2 INS specified photographs, I 140 and I 485 motices, H1 papers, passport copy with visa pages and all documents to show that you really have a family emergency.
If you can show all the proper docments to support that you really really need to go to India rightnow, you will get the AP in 1 day.

Follow what pibo said. Remember you have get a letter from Doc or Hospital if some body is sick because there is no Interim AP.
The Officer has to be convinced about your emergency.
Depending on your ND you might be getting it soon. It usually takes 120 to 130 days for AP.

btw officers in boston are pretty decent.
