Need information regarding H4

Hi there,

I just came to US on Dec 10th,04 and ofcourse didn't receive even a paystub till now , but am supposed to next week. But i need info regarding how to get my wouldbe on H4 to US. Actually we are planning to get married in Feb 05. And as he happens to be a technical guy, he is a Bachaelor of Computer Science will it be possible to get him here on H4.

And also how much time will it take for H4 to H1 transfer? Coz we don't wish him to stay at home

I wish to hear the information soon from u guys so that i can remain cool for comin days.

----- he can get H4 ONLY after marriage to you on the base of your H1
And also how much time will it take for H4 to H1 transfer? Coz we don't wish him to stay at home
---- let him come to US on H4 then file Change of status from H4 to H1 if he finds a good employer. let him bring all his degree certificates, past exp letters, education transcipts, it depends on service center how much time it will take to get H4 to H1 transfer approved, generaly 3-5 months
