Need Information about 485 Approvals

Hello Guys... I'll appreicate if you can provide me your views about my case. I am little tense coz i am planning to go to india during last week of march to get married.
Here is my information about green card processing.

EB-3 category

Labor certificates applied date June 2002 (Non-RIR)

Approved somewhere around nov-dec 2003

Concurrent filling of 140 and 485 at VCS Jan28 2004

140 Approval date June 2004

Finger prints request date Nov 22, 2004 and Finger prints received by INS Dec 1, 2004.

Now here are few things I am confused about

My lawyer told me that after retrogression priority dates have taken in place and right now its Mar 2002 for Indian nationals who applied in EB-3 category and my Priority date is June 2002 (when I first initiated my labor)

But when I look under immigration.gov website, it shows me that right now 485 processing is going on for Jan 29, 2004

I'll appreicate if you guys provide me your ideas and information... also please tell me where i can find the tracker to check the approval for jan 2004 485 fillings.

You will be in pipeline until EB3 PD goes beyond June 2002 which is currently March 1,2002. In the mean time get to know if the name check has got cleared. you can search for FBI name check to followup procedure.
 
FBI name check

How can i do FBI name check to follow up procedure. Is their a website or phone number to find out weather your FBI name check is done or not.
